- Transaction can be done from any VISA Card accepting Terminals of Nepal, India and Bhutan which can accept CHIP Card.
- There will be no charge for PIN Change.
- There will be no charge for Cash withdrawal from Shangri-la ATM Machine
- Transaction from Other bank's ATM Machine will charge NPR 15 per transaction.
- Cash Withdrawal from INDIA/Bhutan ATM machine will charge NPR 250 per transactions. Some ATM machine will take extra surcharge which will be displayed in ATM Screen while cash Withdrawal depending upon Acquirer bank rules.
